Mars and Ketu in the 7th house at a glance
When Mangala + Ketu (Mars + Ketu) share a sign, a yuti, the chart fuses Mars’s energy, courage and the drive to act and Ketu’s detachment, spirituality and liberation, and here all of it works through the 7th house (Yuvati / Kalatra), the house of marriage, the spouse, partnerships and one-to-one relationships (Kendra (angular), Maraka; natural sign Libra).
Each graha in the 7th house
Mangala (Mars) in the 7th houseMalefic

A genuinely testing seat, said plainly: detachment in marriage, a risk of distance or separation and a spiritual or unusual spouse; relationships feel karmic and elusive.
