These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Vedic Kundali ("we", "our", "us", or "the Service") governing your use of our website at aivedickundali.com and our Android mobile application.

By creating an account, or by otherwise accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

Vedic Kundali provides Vedic astrology tools and content, including birth chart (kundali) generation, divisional charts, planetary periods (Vimshottari and Yogini dashas), transits, doshas and yogas, horoscope matching, an official Nepali calendar with festivals and tithi, and AI-assisted astrological consultations.

Astrological calculations are performed using established ephemeris data and classical Vedic methods. The accuracy of any result depends on the accuracy of the birth details you provide.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you are 18 or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. The Service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly permit accounts for anyone under 18.

All astrological content on the Service is provided for cultural, spiritual, and entertainment purposes only. Vedic astrology is a traditional belief system and is not a science. Nothing on the Service is a guarantee, prediction, or promise of any future outcome.

Astrological content is not professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or relationship advice, and must not be used as a substitute for consulting a qualified professional. Never disregard or delay seeking professional advice because of something you read on the Service.

You are solely responsible for any decision you make or action you take based on content from the Service. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health crisis, contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services immediately.

The AI Jyotish feature produces responses automatically using artificial intelligence. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent, and does not represent the views of a qualified human astrologer. It is generated content, not professional consultation, and is subject to the same disclaimer as Section 6.

Do not submit sensitive personal information — such as financial account details, government identification numbers, or health records — through the AI chat.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Create multiple accounts, or otherwise abuse free allowances, referrals, or promotions.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other users' accounts, or our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including through automated scraping, excessive requests, or denial-of-service activity.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying models of the Service, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
• Upload unlawful, infringing, abusive, harassing, obscene, or deliberately misleading content.
• Enter another person's birth details without their permission.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its content without our written permission.
• Use the Service to harass, defraud, or harm others, or to make claims about a third party's health, character, or future.

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and compiled astrological content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, and display it as necessary to operate and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, add, or discontinue any feature at any time, and may perform maintenance that temporarily limits availability. Certain features require an internet connection and depend on third-party providers.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, abuse free allowances or promotions, engage in fraudulent payment activity, or use the Service in a way that harms other users or our systems. Where practical and lawful, we will give you notice and an opportunity to respond. Karma Points associated with a terminated account are forfeited without refund, unless the termination was our error.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (Section 4.4).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that astrological results, calculations, or AI responses will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service — including any decision you make based on astrological or AI-generated content.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 50.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of the rights of any third party — including entering another person's birth details without permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you may also benefit from mandatory protections under the law of your country of residence, and nothing here deprives you of those protections.

If a dispute arises, please contact us first at [email protected] — we will try in good faith to resolve it informally within 30 days. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal, subject to any mandatory consumer rights described above.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last Updated" date above, and for significant changes we will give notice within the Service before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the Service and may delete your account.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will stay in full force. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
