Option 1 — Delete your account in the app
The fastest way. In the Vedic Kundali app or on the website:
- Open More → Settings (mobile) or Settings (website).
- Scroll to Danger zone.
- Tap Delete account, type
DELETEto confirm.
Your account closes immediately and you are signed out on every device.
Option 2 — Request deletion by e-mail
If you no longer have the app installed or cannot sign in, e-mail us from the address registered to your account and we will delete it for you. We respond within 30 days.

Option 3 — Delete only some data, keep your account
You can remove individual items yourself at any time, without deleting your account:
- Saved birth charts (date, time and place of birth) — Kundali tab → delete icon on any chart.
- AI Jyotish conversations — chat history → delete icon on any conversation.
- Notifications — Notifications screen → delete one, or clear all.
- Profile photo and display name — Settings → Profile.
What happens to your data

| Saved birth charts, AI conversations and messages, notifications, profile photo and name, and social data | Retained for 90 days, then permanently erased. |
| Your account record | Anonymised after 90 days — your e-mail address is replaced so the record can no longer be linked to you, and the address becomes free to register again. |
| Payment records | Kept where accounting, tax or fraud-prevention law requires it. After anonymisation these are not linked to an identifiable person. |
| Unused Karma Points | Forfeited, without refund. |
The 90-day window lets us resolve payment disputes, detect fraud, and help if an account was deleted by mistake. Want it erased sooner? E-mail [email protected] and we will action your request, subject to any records we are legally required to keep.
