What to include
- A question about a chart or a reading
- The name of the chart in your account, or the birth date, time and city, and what you expected to see. Most chart questions come down to the birth time or the time zone, and with those we can check the calculation directly.
- A payment or Karma Points
- The email of your account, the amount, the date, and the transaction reference from Fonepay (Nepal) or Razorpay (outside Nepal). A payment that went through but did not credit is fixed by hand once we can match it.
- An error on a page
- The page address and what you believe is wrong. Confirmed errors are corrected and listed on the corrections page.
- Your data or your account
- Write from the address registered to the account. To delete it, use the deletion page, which works even if you cannot sign in.
We do not give personal predictions or remedies by email; your chart and the AI Jyotish are the place for readings.
